Yeah, computer virus is really created by programmer for some purpose. So that virus can be defined based on the purpose as the following:
1. To destroy computer user
2. To convey a message
3. To attack certain website
4. To steal data

Computer virus come and infect a computer without permission and be able to duplicate itself.
How can the computer virus arrive to our computer? At the past, virus will infect through a floppy disk. If we share a floppy disk and one computer infected the virus, than the floppy used by other computer, this computer will be infected.
However, a long with the growth of information technology the virus infect too through flash disk, email and web content.

How do you know that your computer infected already by the virus? Be aware if your computer performance is slower than before or your computer is restart itself. It's mean that your computer already infected by a virus.

To clean the virus is by using an anti virus software. Stay update with your anti virus usually help very much. The important things, just do scan if you use floppy disk or flash disk. If you have an email address, be careful with the messages attached file with extention pif,exe and bat. Don't ever open it before you sure that is not a virus. Don't teased with tempt title.
